អង្គការតម្លាភាពកម្ពុជាសូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជន និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធនានាមេត្តាជ្រាបថា អង្គការតម្លាភាពកម្ពុជានឹងមិនចូលរួមសង្កេតការណ៍ការបោះឆ្នោតថ្នាក់ជាតិ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ខាងមុខនេះទេ។ កន្លងមក អង្គការតម្លាភាពកម្ពុជាធ្លាប់បានចូលរួមក្នុងការងារកំណែទម្រង់ការបោះឆ្នោត និងសង្កេតការណ៍ការបោះឆ្នោតពីរលើក ពោលគឺការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងតំណាងរាស្ត្រឆ្នាំ២០១៣ និងការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំ សង្កាត់ឆ្នាំ២០១៧ ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់សុចរិតភាព និងតម្លាភាពក្នុងដំណើរការបោះឆ្នោត។
ទោះជាយ៉ាងនេះក្ដី បរិយាកាស និងលក្ខខណ្ឌនយោបាយក្នុងអំឡុងពេលប៉ុន្មានខែមុនការបោះឆ្នោតថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកក្កដា បានធ្វើឱ្យអង្គការតម្លាភាពកម្ពុជាពុំអាចប្រមូលបានធនធានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ដើម្បីធ្វើការសង្កេតការណ៍ការបោះឆ្នោត និងរួមចំណែកនៅក្នុងដំណើរការបោះឆ្នោតខាងមុខនេះ ប្រកបដោយអត្ថន័យនោះឡើយ។

ការក្លែងបន្លំពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការបោះឆ្នោត ភាពមិនប្រក្រតីដោយសារកត្តានយោបាយអំឡុងពេលបោះឆ្នោត ការរំលោភអំណាចដោយអាជ្ញាធរ
ដើម្បីទទួលបានផលប្រយោជន៍ដោយមិនយុត្តិធម៌ពីគណបក្សនយោបាយដទៃ ការប្រើប្រាស់ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុក្នុងការឃោសនាបោះឆ្នោត
ដោយមិនយុត្តិធម៌ និងការទិញសន្លឹកឆ្នោត ត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកថាជា “អំពើពុករលួយផ្នែកនយោបាយ”។
អង្គការតម្លាភាពកម្ពុជា គឺជាអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលអព្យាក្រឹត និងឯករាជ្យ ដែលឈានមុខ
ក្នុងការងារប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) would like to inform the public and relevant stakeholders that TI Cambodia will not participate in monitoring the upcoming national election scheduled for 29 July 2018. TI Cambodia has previously engaged in electoral reforms and in monitoring the past two elections – the national election in 2013 and the commune council election in 2017, in order to promote integrity and transparency in the election process.
However, the political environment and conditions during the months leading up to the 29 July election make it impossible for TI Cambodia to mobilise enough resources to monitor the polls and contribute to the electoral process in a meaningful way.

Additional note
Electoral fraud, politically-motivated irregularities during elections,
abuses of power by authorities to unfairly disadvantage other political parties,
unfair use of campaign finances and vote buying are considered to be “political corruption”.
