សួស្ដី! ខ្ញុំឈ្មោះ ផាន ស្រីរិទ្ធ ជាជំនួយការកម្មវិីធីពង្រឹងសិទ្ធអំណាចសិទ្ធប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងយុវជន។ ខ្ញុំបានហាត់ការនៅអង្គការតម្លាភាពកម្ពុជាអស់រយ:ពេល៥ខែជាង ហើយជាបុគ្គលិកពេញសិទ្ធអស់រយ:ពេល៨ខែ។កម្មវិធីដែលខ្ញុំបានទៅផ្លាស់ប្ដូរការសិក្សានោះគឺ កម្មវិធី YSEALI (Young South East Asian Leaders Initiatives) ដែលបានជំនួយពីក្រសួងការបរទេសសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ ប្រធានបទនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីមានទាំងអស់ចំនួន៣ ដូចជា ការចូលរួមរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ បរិស្ថាន និងសហគ្រិនសង្គម ហើយខ្ញុំបានជ្រើសរើសយកប្រធានបទ ការចូលរួមរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។ ខ្ញុំបានរៀនពីប្រទេសសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកច្រើន ដូចជា រដ្ឋាភិបាលអាមេរិក នយោបាយបរទេស សាសនា ហើយនិងការធ្វើយុទ្ធនាការបោះឆ្នោត។ អ្វីដែលខ្ញុំចាប់អារម្មណ៍ជាងគេ គឺភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងតួនាទីរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ព្រោះអីវាត្រូវនឹងអ្វីដែលខ្ញុំកំពុងតែធ្វើការនៅអង្គការតម្លាភាពកម្ពុជា។ ការរៀនពីតួនាទីរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ធ្វើឲ្យខ្ញុំធ្វើការរឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងមកខ្លួនខ្ញុំវិញថា តើក្នុងនាមខ្ញុំជាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរម្នាក់ តើខ្ញុំមានតួនាទីអ្វីខ្លះក្នុងការជួយសង្គម។ ក្រៅពីរៀនក្នុងថ្នាក់ អ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធីក៏បាននាំខ្ញុំទៅចូលរួមសកម្មភាពសង្គម ដែលពេលនោះខ្ញុំបានទៅចូលរួមការសម្អាតទន្លេ នៅទីក្រុងម៉ាសាឈូសេត។ ពេលហ្នឹងខ្ញុំមានអារម្មណ៍ថាភ្ញាក់ផ្អើល ដោយសារតែខ្ញុំឃើញសកម្មភាពការស្ម័គ្រចិត្តរបស់ជនជាតិអាមេរិកមានភាពធំជាងយើងខ្លាំង។ គេចំណាយលុយច្រើន ដូចគេមានក្រុមតន្រ្តីចូលរួម ហើយមានអ្នកឧបត្ថម្ភច្រើន ហើយសុទ្ធតែក្រុមហ៊ុនល្បីៗនៅអាមេរិក។ ហើយអ្វីដែលខ្ញុំកោតសសើរជាងគេគឺ ឪពុកម្ដាយបាននាំកូនតូចៗរបស់គេទៅចូលរួមកម្មវិធីស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត ដោយមានការរើសសម្រាមនៅទន្លេ និងមានការផ្ដល់រង្វាន់ដល់អ្នកដែលរើសបានសម្រាមដែលប្លែកជាងគេ។ ហើយអ្នកខ្លះជិះពីទីក្រុងញូវយ៉ក មកកាន់ទីក្រុងម៉ាសាជូសេត អស់រយ:ពេល៤ម៉ោងដើម្បីមករើសសម្រាមនៅទន្លេ។...
