Goal 5: Governance Foundation and Capacity Strengthening Programme
We ensure the highest standard of TI Cambodia’s organisational capacity and make sure that we have the ability to deliver results and stay relevant. To ensure the highest standard of institutional governance system, which guarantees proper check and balance, integrity, transparency and accountability by applying organisational integrity mechanism, TI Cambodia will build and strengthen the capacity of its staff and members through training and capacity building programs. TI Cambodia’s governance structure will be enhanced to ensure an adequate response to the changes of its strategy from 2016-2020.
