The Launch of Corruptions Perception Index 2021

Transparency International, the leading coalition of civil society organisations fighting corruption worldwide, will release its 27th annual Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) on Tuesday, 25 January 2022 at 6:01 am Berlin time (12:01 pm Phnom Penh time). Transparency International Cambodia will organise the launch event to present the 2021 Corruption Perceptions Index, its methodology and the results for Cambodia.

This year’s index ranks 180 countries and territories by their perceived levels of public sector corruption. The index draws on up to 13 surveys – eight in the case of Cambodia – covering expert assessments and views of business executives. The Corruption Perceptions Index is the leading global indicator of public sector corruption, offering a yearly snapshot of the relative degree of corruption by ranking countries from all over the globe.

The event is also opened for public to join via Zoom Video Webinar. To register for the Webinar, please go to: https://forms.office.com/r/PkmdZxwkRq
