Through a nationally representative survey of 1,596 individuals residing across all 25 provinces of Cambodia, this survey report aims to: a) understand and quantify citizens’ perceptions and attitudes regarding the transparency and accountability of budgets in Cambodia; and b) understand and quantify citizens’ awareness and experience in dealing with budget and budgeting issues in the country.
