Facebook Cambodia Civic Insights 2015

The pages were selected to sample civic discussions on Facebook in Cambodia.

Road deaths rose 51% between 2006 and 2014. Road crashes disproportionately affect the most vulnerable road users. Motorcycles make up 80% of registered vehicles and account for nearly 70% of fatalities. The Royal Government of Cambodia has committed to a national road safety action plan to reduce road fatalities by 50% in 2020.
